Some subscription plans are enabled with auto-renewal by default to keep service continuity.

1) Renewal behavior

Before the current billing cycle ends, the system charges your saved payment method and extends the subscription under your active plan.

2) Charge timing

Charges are generally attempted within 24 hours before expiration; exact timing depends on the payment provider.

3) How to cancel

You may disable auto-renewal at any time before renewal from your account subscription page.

4) Failed payment

If renewal fails, service may expire at the end of the current cycle until manual renewal is completed.

5) Price or term changes

If pricing or key terms materially change, notice will be provided in advance. You may cancel auto-renewal before the new terms take effect.
